From lobby impressions to disinfected restrooms, this checklist shows the recurring tasks built into each commercial service route. Additional compliance or industry-specific needs are documented during onboarding.
Lobby & Reception
- Glass doors, sidelights, and partitions
- Front desk, signage, and guest seating
- Dust décor, greenery, and media displays
- Disinfect high-touch points: handles, rails, kiosks
Offices & Conference Rooms
- Desks, tables, and workstation dividers(clear surfaces required for detailed wipe-down)1
- Chairs and conference seating frames
- Trash, recycling, and shred bins emptied and relined
Breakrooms & Kitchens
- Counters, sinks, fixtures, and backsplashes sanitized
- Exterior of appliances including fridge & microwave
- Tables, café seating, and vending machines
- Restock paper goods and soap (client-supplied)
Restrooms
- Full disinfection of toilets, urinals, partitions, and doors
- Sinks, counters, mirrors, and chrome polished
- Restock hand soap, paper, and hygiene products (client-supplied)
- Mop and sanitize floors
Floors & Entryways
- Vacuum carpet, runners, and mats
- Dust-mop and wet-mop hard floors with commercial solutions
- Inspect entry mats and replace as needed (client inventory)
Closing Checklist
- Secure lights, lock-up, and alarm per client protocol3
- Remove trash to designated dumpsters or compactors
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
